Registration

Registration to the Summit covers:

• The three-day event, including attendance at plenary and panel sessions and side events
• Networking breakfasts and lunches, the Presidency Reception and the Gala Dinner 
• The bicycle tour with the Mayor of Leipzig
• Unlimited free public transport within Leipzig City and shuttle connection between official conference hotels, Congress Center Leipzig, Presidency reception venue, Leipzig/Halle airport and Leipzig’s main train station.

Unless you are a member of an Official Delegation, payment is by credit card or PayPal.

Online registration is open up to 17 May. After that date, registrations can be done on site at the Congress Center Leipzig from Tuesday 21 May.

Standard Registration Fee 

Reduced Registration Fee*

 *Reduced registration fee is applicable to public bodies, academia, research institutes, intergovernmental or non-profit non-governmental organisations, and additional (extra-quota) registrations from the categories: exhibitors, sponsors, side event organisers and technical tour providers.

Group registrations

A package discount is offered for groups of five or more registrations.

The total fee for a group registration must be paid in a single payment; once payment has been received, login details will be issued so that each member of the group can complete their registration online.

Student Fee

Students are invited to attend sessions on the first day of the Summit (including lunch). Registration is only available on-site and valid student identification will be requested. Fee on-site: 45 euros.

For students wishing to attend all three days of the Summit, a special reduced registration fee of 90 euros will apply. This fee does not include attendance to the evening networking events. To attend the Presidency Reception and/or the Gala Dinner evening, please indicate this during online registration. An additional fee of 25 euros per event will apply. Accompanying Person Fee

Accompanying persons are considered to be spouses and partners who are travelling with delegates. Accompanying persons are able to join their partners at networking events such as the Presidency Reception, Gala Dinner, and Leipzig bicycle and walking tours (may incur an additional fee).

Access to the conference centre is not available during the day i.e. for sessions and off-site tours to industrial facilities.

Registration fee: 200 euros.

Persons accompanying a delegate in a supporting/advisory capacity who require access to Summit sessions and/or technical tours must complete a separate registration. Registration fees will apply accordingly.
